What are reflections of God in my life? I like to think that every good thing in my life is a reflection of Jesus’ love for me, and in return I have fair morals, and pirates to honor him. For example, I have a very strong relationship with my mother, as well as a healthy family life at home. I honor God in my goals and achievements, as well as my willingness to help others around me. In ways that he reflects in my life could be my good education access, my friends and family happy and healthy, a stable home, my hobbies and extracurricular activities, and as well as simpler things in my life; like relieving complements, trying a new food, newly reading a good book. All things I consider reflections of jesus. One of the newer ones I like to reflect on is gaining new friends who are here to support me.

However with this good, can come downsides. Even though I have great opportunities in my education, I still can become stressed or become unmotivated overall.  Not only can it affect my schoolwork, but that stress can carry onto other people, and bother them. I can also become very argumentative when I am stressed as well, leading to arguments, fights, and disagreements on how I should approach a certain issue. Another possible negative in my life is feeling tired or upset, this ties with the stress and unmotivation, I can feel burnt-out and hopeless, which is something that can affect my mental health so I don't want to part-take in the activities that once brought me joy.

How can I improve on these negatives in my life? I was thinking about ways I could avoid these conflicts before school started. I practiced many ways to manage stress, staying motivated, and feeling energized. I found that most times taking deep breaths and doing guided meditations were great for my stress and let the thoughts pass through me so I can maintain a clear mind. I also found that channeling stress into physical activity is another great way to relieve stress,  exercises can also be scientifically proven to boost your mood and energy.

In the beginning of this document I put a quote to reflect on; Which has come to you, as it has also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as it is also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth. Colossians 1:6(NKJV).  I took this as once you realize your state of your world and your relationship with God, you will have the ability to grow with what was already there, which fits the context of this assignment.
