The Utilitarian approach are going to be directed for the betterment of society. The Utilitarian tells us we must always care about everyone’s wellbeing and treat all of them same. The Utilitarian approach is to cut back emission of carbon and to distribute to different nations based on the wealth and ability to maintain health and wellbeing.  Leading to the emissions to be distributed to where they might do the greatest good. When that is done it results in better outcomes of human development, equity, and climate changes. 

As temperature change is going on now our duty is to require precautionary action to stop harm. Our obligation is to respond in a way that benefits all, in spirit and equity. It is important to assist all who are impacted by climate change events that suffer consequences. It is a duty to prevent global climate change because equal protection is deserved by everyone. Most are born with rights, but they’re e threatened from climate changes. 

To avoid the impact of climate changes there should be transition from fuels to clean energy. The change to clean energy can build decarbonized energy and transportation. Engage with business to cut back carbon emissions.  As the climate changes worsens challenge cities to prepare for more extreme weather. There must be funding to countries so people and nature to adapt to changes. Most vital reduce carbon pollution to avoid the long run consequences of climate change.

In addressing climate change there is hinderances in a plan of action set. It's going to be difficult for a business to comply with reduction carbon emission due to the fact it can keep manufacturing cheaper if there is no need to develop another process to limit carbon emission. Another major hinderance are people themselves we value the present and may not think that daily activities on climate like driving a car that release levels of carbon dioxide and other greenhouses gases into the atmosphere will contribute to global climate change. To overcome the challenge of gas emissions a set date with a zero emission should be placed. Business should be limited to financial resources since they have major responsibility in climate change due to carbon emission.
