Did you know that tipping isn’t common in Spain? This is because they get paid the same whether they are tipped workers or not, thanks to their leader Felipe VI. They also have a lot of different customs than what we are used to in the USA. There are amazing places to see like Marid the capital, also don’t be too surprised if you eat lunch at around noon, people in Spain usually eat lunch at 2-3 pm. There are a lot of things to know about Spain.

Spain has a constitutional monarchy, along with two legislative houses, and a wonderful economic system. Their king is King Felipe VI. Before Spain's monarchy, they were a republic during the 1900s but went back to their constitutional monarchy. There is also very little agriculture in Spain because of the rocky soil and tropical climate, but forests take up about ⅓ of Spain. There, they usually produce cork, eucalyptus, oak, pine, and poplar.

Another thing in Spain is, the beautiful places to visit. Barcelona is known as Spain’s cultural capital because of its cuisine, sandy beaches, stunning architecture, and its lively nightlife. Madrid is the capital of Spain, and Granda is different from the rest of Spain because of its Arabic influence.

It was said at the beginning that Spaniards eat lunch at around 2-3 pm and have different customs, and this is true, they also have dinner at around 9-10 pm and even later in the summer. Different customs may also include, Siestas which are when you nap at work right after lunch and are more a time of the past now, locals also appreciate it when you know at least common words in.
