Essay Sample on Teenage Pregnancy

Teenage pregnancy is one of the problems facing our country especially in today’s era and continues to work on ways to prevent and curb its further increase. This is even more so due to the recent pandemic where everyone was cut off from their jobs and studies. But teens make their condition worse because of early pregnancy. Instead of thinking of ways to help the family, they become even more persecuted. Most young people today think only of their own situation. They do not think about the consequences of their selfishness.

Other young people who are pregnant are told to abort their child because they can't and I don't agree with that decision because in the first place they did it and they wanted it so they should stand up. Even the innocent child and is hurt because of their irresponsibility. I don't know why they are able to do those things when at first they already know the consequences or they just can't stop because all they have in mind is to make themselves happy but I salute the young people even if they are early pregnant they insisted on what they did but that was still not right. Parents are not like that and we are ready to accept whatever mistakes we make, it is okay to do those things because we are not. Our parents accept us because they are parents and they have no other desire to make our lives better. They will and will accept us because a parent’s love for a child is without equal and without end. But let’s not think it’s okay to get pregnant early. 

As a student and among the youth I wish that my fellow youth would learn to be aware of what is going on around us and not make a joke of getting pregnant early. Let us not pass on to our future children the hard work that we did. We all have dreams that want to come true and hopefully that is what we should focus on first. So you have to think carefully about everything you do.
