In the Ted talk, Daphne Bavelier talks about how fast-paced games affect your brain? Bavelier expresses how In the lab they started learning how to leverage the power of video games. She then goes on to talk about how if you have a reasonable amount of game time it can have a positive impact on you. The speaker saying gaming can be beneficial was very interesting because growing up it has been inscribed in my mind by family and friends gaming is always negative. Bavelier explains how people tend to headline if gaming is good or bad and she wanted to show what people measure in the lab. She does a study saying people who don’t game tend to have normal vision thus gamers usually have better vision, though saying playing more games can help you retrain your eyes. Bavelier talks about how recently you hear people talk about how gaming can be a bad thing and lead to attention problems but she does a study with the students debunking that theory and even saying how people who game tend to resolve problems quicker than the older people. Bavelier explains how playing video games tend to have plenty of benefits, for example, she says that it helps in our ability to track objects around us. Tracking objects is what we always use even while driving. Bavelier talks video games have a positive impact on brain activity but it is mainly stronger when you play action games. The speaker says people who play action games tend to be able to switch tasks faster. Bavelier. The Speaker tells how action games can change your vision for the better. The speaker mainly used empirical research in the sense she used fats and experiments instead of theories. Something that struck me was that t I did not know that gaming can help you with eyesight. this video goes to what we cover in class, especially the time we covered a lot of the brain scans and what each part of the brain does and your neuroleptics  I believe I have to agree with the article because this article was based on experiments and facts and being a gamer id like to believe this video is factual. If I were to want to learn more about this topic I would love to learn more about what video games can help with or if there are specific exercises in media you can do to get the same result. The psychological form in this video was how the author had people train in a game and when they were done they brought them back to do it again to see their mental rotation but the more they came back they got better. In the ted talk, there is also a piece in which the speaker talks about how if you have a bad vision they can find a way to have you play games and retrain your brain and help you see better as well. The reason action games can help you and as spoken by the speaker in action games the gamer is more attentive and has to use all his visuals in a game and constantly maneuver around and use his sense of vision I have to agree with the speaker because being a gamer you have to use a lot of motion and constantly multi-task so I believe it is true.
