Women's health should be promoted as part of global health. Both men's and women's health are vital. Other health issues that arise during life, in addition to sexual and reproductive health, must be addressed. Their estrogen is important for reproduction. Women have menstruation once a month. And when they reach their 40s or 50s, they stop menstruating, which for many women is more difficult than having menstruation. Women are also the ones who give birth to their children.

All five members of my family agreed to promote women's health as part of the Global Health initiative. "Why not?" said one of them. While both men and women are susceptible to numerous illnesses, some health problems are more prevalent in women. Furthermore, because most drug trials do not include female test subjects, many women's health concerns go undiagnosed. Women are more susceptible to cancer, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health issues, and other disorders than men. Hence, their health should be promoted.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 40% of women are anemic. Every day, about 810 women die from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth; in 2017, 295, 000 women died from maternal causes, and 311, 000 women died from cervical cancer, with more than 85% of these deaths occurring in low- and middle-income countries. These cases are proof that women need more attention when it comes to medical health.

In 2011, women and girls remained victims of gender inequality (Read & Gorman, 2010). Despite progress in eliminating the social and health disparities between men and women during the last century, gender equality remains an elusive goal, particularly in the developing world, says the National Library of Medicine. Also, according to World Health Organization 9 (WHO), Being a man or a woman has a significant impact on health, as a result of both biological and gender-related differences. The health of women and girls is of particular concern because, in many societies, they are disadvantaged by discrimination rooted in sociocultural factors. Healthcare is needed in the whole world right now, especially for women and girls.

Unequal power relationships between men and women; social norms that limit education and paid employment opportunities; an exclusive focus on women's reproductive roles; and potential or actual experience of physical, sexual, and emotional violence are some of the sociocultural factors that prevent women and girls from receiving quality health services and attaining the best possible level of health. Help women to attain their rights by educating other people.
