“Sex” refers to the biological term of male and female which define only the physical differences between males and females, differences include both fundamental sex traits (the reproductive system) and secondary sex characteristics (height and muscularity). While “Gender” refers to the social and cultural differences that come with being male or female. Even though the terms have not always been differentiated in English Language but they are not interchangeable.  The term Sex is limited only to the characteristics of body and its features about how one is different from another however Gender Is a mix of men's and women's views and behaviors (masculinity and femininity), Is mostly learnt and passed down through the family, education, and religion (where applicable), and is an acquired identity.

In relation to the short film “JUICE” the most common gender conception is about how women should only be assigned the responsibilities of household and that they are incapable of balancing work life with daily household chores. We see the males are casually voicing sexist attitudes while discussing about issues they have no knowledge of and one of them claims that she is unfit for the job due to biological differences — (It's a physically demanding profession — the heat, dust, and irregular shifts — can she manage it?) while the hostess is working around the men in the heat, preparing food. looking after the kids fulfilling all the duties and simultaneously listening to all the commands made by the males one after another. The irony of the 21st century. We also see how the women are all gathered in the kitchen and discussing about their lives after marriage and how they are presumed to leave their careers behind after having children and that children are the only way in regaining the spark that can save a marriage. In relevance to this another contrast that we also see is that the women that are cooking in the kitchen; in the suffocating heat without a fan to cool them or someone else to serve them. As they toil hard in the kitchen, this is not a fun weekend gathering for all of the women. This is also the distinction between female and masculine leisure activities. Women can unwind, but only for a limited period of time. Men, on the other hand, can spend their leisure time in living rooms, mosques, temples, at offices, outside on the streets, in public - anywhere and at any time. Soon after that the kids are shown playing a room and the only girl playing there is asked to go and serve food to her brothers just as the adult women the little girls are not allowed to have some leisure time too. There is always a limit shown for women. The women can only gossip while cooking, The little girl can only play for so long before she is forced to learn her job in the family and in society, which is to serve the males in her life at the expense of her comfort and freedom. Through all that we see patriarchy and misogyny.

Women are increasingly thriving in their careers while also juggling the demands of running their homes and caring for their family. However, the "biology" argument that labels women as the weaker gender will never go away. Even if you don't work outside the home and are a stay-at-home mom, you are still working full-time with no vacation days and limited free time. But, because women are the weaker gender, you should stay at home while the guys go out looking for meat and water in contemporary society's supermarkets.

To feel equal, women do not need to free themselves of conventional tasks; all they need to do is feel and act as equals in terms of responsibilities and benefits. Their social and personal independency should not be halted. If only men have the mindset of creating a co-existing space where responsibilities are shared whether it's regarding the income or house work. Communicate openly and respectfully with their partners, and be mindful of the diverse range of viewpoints and perspectives that exist and vice versa. Men should be encouraging and compassionate towards their women's careers and her wishes as much as they are about theirs.  Overall balancing both work and a house is a very difficult task for both males and females so both of them should be flexible while setting norms and rules for their life together and discuss/experss every little discomfort that arises and maintain a mutual standard among them.
