The Negative Effect of Abortion Argumentative Essay Example

Abortion is an extremely argumentative, and emotional subject. Abortion has always been around, but just became a very popular  topic of today. Due to New York passing a law for women to be able to have abortion up until the minute before birth! Abortion should not occur, because it can harm the women who is having the baby, it is unfair to the baby, as well as the father. Everyone needs to take a stand to what is not only right, but for what is fair! 

About 30,000 American women die each year due to effects of having an abortion. There is an increase of 50% women to get breast cancer that have an abortion. Women that acquire abortion infections are more likely to have ectopic pregnancies. There is a possibility that they may not be able to have any more children.Women have an 81% greater risk of mental health problems, compared to women who did not have abortion. Post Abortion Stress Syndrome(PASS) it is a medical, health, and mental problem that occurs when abortion happens. This may include: postnatal depression, eating disorders, depression, suicidal,drug and alcohol abuse, and domestic violence. To name a few. All of those side are side effects of having an abortion. Which is completely unnecessary, that name be resolved by one simple thing, not having an abortion!

Ending a child’s life, before it even has a chance to experience life. Is absolutely unfair to them! They will never have the chance to take their first step, ride a bike, go to school, make friends, or have a chance to be a mother or father. Being a parent is a very hard thing to do, but it is worth it every step of the way. Who knows that child could’ve been the next big thing, but no one would ever know if it was aborted… well killed. If someone were to shoot and kill and pregnant women. The murderer would go to jail for two accounts of murder. But people can have an abortion and its not considered murder?!  “Those men and women who slaughter the unborn are murderers according to the Law Of God. We must continue to expose  [(the people who do not believe in abortion)] in our communities” (Eduardo m.Peñalver).  “Abortion is much more serious than killing an adult. An adult may or may not be an innocent, but an unborn child is most definitely innocent. Taking that life cannot be ignored ”(Eduardo m. Peñalver). The unborn child didn’t do anything wrong to deserve to be killed. They didn’t ask to be taken out of this world, therefore they shouldn’t be.

It isn’t just unfair to the unborn baby, but it’s unfair to the father of the baby. In most cases the baby’s Dad doesn’t have a say so for the abortion. The craziest thing is that the female can go and have an abortion. Without consulting the Dad. If they both agree on not wanting the baby. They don’t have to have an abortion, because adoption is an option! There are plenty of people in this world where it is impossible for them to have children, and they turn to adoption. Approximately “135,000 children are adopted each year” (Adoption network law center). Which is roughly 370 kids each day. Not saying that is how many kids are adopted each day. There could be more some days and less others,or even no adoptions some days. So adoption isn’t that bad of an idea, at least the baby will get a chance to see and experience life. It would be prohibited it abortion were to take action. Abortion isn’t just the only option if you do not want the child, choose adoption!

Abortion is a very serious thing to do, and decision to make. It can cause many health risks to the female. It is unfair for the child to not experience life, and it is also unfair for the baby’s dad to have no part in the abortion making decision. Abortion is just flat out murder, it doesn’t matter if the parents don't want the baby. There are plenty of other options to give the baby a chance at life. Not only does America need to stand up to make a change, but the whole world needs to take action. To put a stop to this abortion crisis!
