A tornado is a mobile, destructive vortex of violently rotating winds having the appearance of a funnel-shaped cloud and advancing beneath a large storm system.This  is more  than one  adjective describing my storm, small, violent, perfect, great, devastating, terrible, tropical, destructive, white, fierce, wild, miniature, black, heavy, veritable, human, real, sudden, single, regular, severe, big, occasional, powerful, fearful, terrific, recent, furious, tremendous, deadly, worst, spanish, huge, tiny, true, average, strong. I choose this storm because i do not know alot about tornados and maybe me doing this project about the tornado it will help me learn more about it and understand what all it can do here are two characteristics about my storm . A tornado is a swirling vortex or column of air with a hollow core. The circulating air often contains debris and dust and moves in an upward spiral at high speeds . there is one job that deals with a tornado. The job that deals with a tornado is tornado chasing.

There are three characteristics of a tornado. One is that a tornado is in a funnel shape. The second one is that most tornadoes have wind speed between 40km/h and 110km/h. The last one is that majority of tornadoes in the world occur in the Tornado Ally Region of the United States. They may also occur in North America, South Africa, South-Central, Eastern Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Philippines. There are two conditions that cause a tornado to happen. The first condition is Instability refers to unusually warm and humid conditions in the lower atmosphere, and possibly cooler than usual conditions in the upper atmosphere. The second one is wind shear present in the lower atmosphere.

Tornadoes are dangerous because An overpass as tornado shelter can put people at a greater risk of being killed or seriously injured by flying debris from the powerful tornado winds. Wind speeds in tornadoes can exceed 200 mph. A person can even be blown out or carried away from the overpass by the fierce tornado winds. Weather sources are alerted by tornado watchers and when alerted they alert others. If you want to be safe from a tornado and If you are at home during a tornado: Go to a windowless interior room on lowest level of your house. Go to a storm cellar or basement if your house has one. If there is no basement, go to an inner hallway or a smaller inner room without windows, such as a bathroom or closet
